Responsibilities:

• Lead and scale the sales organization, setting clear sales strategies, targets, and execution plans to drive sustainable revenue growth
• Oversee B2B sales activities, with a strong focus on AI-related products and solutions, including Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Agent-based solutions
• Manage, mentor, and develop sales managers and teams, leveraging at least 5 years of team leadership experience to build a high-performance, goal-driven sales culture
• Build, manage, and expand a robust business ecosystem through strategic partnerships, including ISVs, SIs, resellers, and other channel partners
• Establish partner sales models, joint go-to-market strategies, and enablement programs to maximize ecosystem-driven growth

Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification(s)
• Familiar with B2B sales, especially AI-related products, such as generative AI, Language Model, Agent solution, etc.
• At least 3 years of team management experience
• Experienced in providing industry solutions in a specific industry, especially in e-commerce, advertising, film and television, retail, education, gaming, etc.
• Experienced in building business ecosystems through partners such as ISV, SI, reseller, etc.
• Goal-oriented and data-driven
• Experience in covering Key Accounts or Large Enterprises in one or more regions
