Cluster Lead (Philippines E-Commerce)

In this role, you are responsible in making an impact on the overall cluster and sub-categories growth within the E-Commerce platform.

Responsibilities:

• Formulate the go-to-market, seller/brand growth and merchandise strategy for a specific cluster/category;
• Dissemble goals, formulate budget plans, and transforming goals into executable plans;
• Monitor the merchant ecosystem, discover high-potential merchants and explosive new product opportunities, while being alert with risks;
• Implement and manage important merchant strategies;
• Lead the entire team, ensuring OKRs are met

Requirements:

• Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above

• 5+ years of experience in e-commerce industry, internet strategy or consulting firm; with relevant market research and business analytics skillsets

• Have an in-depth knowledge of the E-Commerce ecosystem, value proposition and writing business proposals by identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs

• Strong project delivery, commercial negotiations and relationship management along with deep analytical acumen

• Team Management Experience
