Insurance Solution Product Manager - Global Payment

The Global Payment team provides payment solutions to ensure that users have a smooth and secure payment experience across our platforms and services.

Responsibilities:

• Lead our overall Southeast Asia insurance business growth and marketing
• Drive and launch insurance solutioning for the insurance business, and manage its corresponding project delivery / execution, and growth
• Drive collaboration, marketing campaigns, and promotion features with e-commerce stakeholders around insurance products and services
• Drive relevant insurance partnership collaboration and commercial negotiation pertaining to insurance marketing and promotion solutions and initiatives

Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Strong General Insurance domain knowledge and experience, especially in Southeast Asia
• Familiar with and good understanding of e-commerce or digital platforms business models, marketing campaigns and common key metrics, especially around digital marketing metrics
• Good understanding of, and / or experience in insurance marketing collaboration models, be it with insurer, broker / agency, reinsurer, or any other insurance institution
• Experience in consumer product creation and distribution, either Direct to Consumer or B2B2C via consumer platform

Preferred Qualification:

• 5+ years of proven track record and experience in digital or embedded insurance
