Creator Manager, FMCG, Mom, Baby and Health (Philippines E-Commerce)

In this role, you are required to acquire, incubate and nurture the creators for the Mom, Baby and Health Category.

Responsibilities:

• Growing and nurturing creators via both one-to-one and community-wide management and communication
• Develop quarterly and monthly operation plans for creators to increase their content production diligence and increase creators' earning potential on e Commerce Platform.
• Organise activities for creators to improve content quality and understanding of e Commerce policies both online and offline
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to plan and execute creator-centric campaigns to drive creator growth
• Coordinate with brands and sellers to build partnerships and collaborations with creators to achieve healthy platform growth
• Manage and control creator budget planning to ensure healthy return on investment for platform
• Become familiar with internal creator management tools and e-commerce related functions for creators
• Ensure smooth delivery and communications between all creators-related stakeholders both internally and externally
• Support all creator-related operational tasks when required

Requirements:

• Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or a related field

• 3+ years of experience in community management or influencer management

• Proven ability to plan and execute online and offline event

• Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience as a content creator is a plus

• Analytical and data-driven mindset to track performance

• Prior experience in e-commerce is strongly preferred
