Creator Ecosystem Growth Manager (Philippines E-Commerce)

About the team
The Massive Creator team develops data-driven initiatives and scalable frameworks that accelerate creator growth and enhance the overall health of the ecosystem.

In this role, you will be deeply involved in full lifecycle creator management, developing and executing programs that drive the acquisition, growth, retention, and optimization of Livestream and Short Video affiliates.

Responsibilities:

• Design scaled incentive programs to increase affiliate e-Commerce activity and accelerate GMV growth of mid-funnel creators.
• Lead incubation programs to identify and develop high-potential creators across one or more content scenarios.
• Partner closely with the Category teams to improve matching efficiency and ecosystem partnerships between creators and merchants.
• Build operational workflows, creator communications, and scalable systems to support large creator communities and high-volume creator operations.
• Create repeatable campaigns to enhance creator recruitment, activation, and growth, with a focus on efficiency and long-term business value

Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification(s)

• Bachelor’s degree or above

• 3+ years of experience in e-Commerce or business analytics

• Excellent coordination and communication skills across multiple cross-functional teams

• Affinity with data and strong problem-solving skills

• High sense of work responsibility, quick learner with adaptability to fast-changing environments

• Preferred Qualification(s)

• Deep understanding of creator ecosystems and content-based e-commerce, specifically Livestream

• Familiarity with creator incentive structures, sampling programs, affiliate campaigns, or performance marketing

• Experience building new programs, campaigns, operational systems, or scalable growth initiatives.
