Enterprise Internal Control Partner - Corporate Services - Internal Control

The Internal Control team focuses on the risks and challenges facing Byte Dance's global business operations, helping business stakeholders establish the internal procedures that safeguard how the business develops.

You will learn how Byte Dance's diverse business ecosystem works, from its operating principles to how resources are allocated, and help design the internal management mechanisms behind it.

Internal Control team of Byte Dance focuses on the risks and challenges faced by global business operations, supporting business stakeholders in establishing appropriate internal procedures to safeguard the development of our business. Here, you will have the opportunity to learn about Byte Dance’s diverse business ecosystem, understand its operational principles, resource allocation methods, and participate in designing internal management mechanisms.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in various company-wide initiatives, such as identifying risks, performing risk analysis and root cause analysis. Recommend and develop analysis tools and templates to drive efficiency and effectiveness in processes, approvals and policies improvement.
• Provide research, analysis, and insights based on effectiveness, efficiency, experience and system feasibility for management reporting as needed.
• Participate in cross-functional teams to conduct root cause analysis to establish action plans to improve the control environment.
• Encourage and stay up to date with best practices, growing together with team members.

Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• Demonstrated proficiency in analytical skills coupled with the ability to swiftly adapt within a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional proficiency and exemplary communication skills in English, essential for providing support to the APAC market.
• Demonstrates strong professional ethics, a dedicated work attitude, and a keen aptitude for learning, while exhibiting high motivation and a results-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advantageous to have 3+ years of experience in audit, internal control, and compliance in the field of IDC. Familiar with the business logic and related risks of Data Center.
• Internet or technology multinational companies and/or consulting firms are preferred.
