Job Description:

• Description- Should hold Bachelors or a higher degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Electronic Communication Engineering with 10 years of relevant experience in Storage and Embedded Firmware

• Strong C and ARM Assembly programming with excellent debugging skills. Expertise in scripting language like Python should be an added advantage

• Need to have extensive knowledge of Storage Protocols, OS Concepts (Multi Threading and Multi Process) and ARM processors architecture. With hands on experience on ARM compilers and linkers

• Ability to analyze and fix complex problems independently and multitask. Also be able to demonstrate Strong technical leadership through in-depth understanding of architecture and design of Storage adapters running on Fiber Channel protocol

• Must possess good Oral, Written and Listening skills

• Need to be a good team player, and work coherently with teammates in building complex solution

• Should be Energetic, Creative, Self-Motivated and willing to work on highly complex ideas on own. Should have a ‘Can Do’ Attitude

• Responsibilities- Will be a member of Firmware Development team, working on cutting edge Storage Adapters

• Shall be contributing to Existing and New critical components for Broadcom Storage Adapter solution

• Own Firmware modules that are implemented on Storage adapters. Will write code that handles IO/Data and Control path for Fiber Channel protocol, running on ARM processors

• Need to be able to deliver on assigned tasks in a timely fashion, and with high quality

• Support existing products to customers by timely & high quality resolution of defects
