We are looking for a forward-thinking Applications Engineer to join a specialized team dedicated to the future of technical support. - Lead meetings with other AEs to solicit feedback and facilitate sharing of enhanced support workflows and AI-enhanced use cases
Qualifications
- BS in Computer Science or Engineering with 8+ years of experience or MS with 6+ years of experience

- Hands-on experience working with LLM APIs, prompt engineering, and an understanding of RAG architectures
- Experience with Vertex AI, Dialogflow CX, and Big Query analytics management is beneficial
- Ability to analyze a complex manual process and design an AI-enhanced workflow to improve it
- A natural curiosity to dig into code and specifications to find answers independently

- Experience with networking protocols and high-end networking chips is desirable
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual base salary range: $120,000 - $192,000
- Discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents
- Equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements
- Medical, dental and vision plans
- 401(K) participation including company matching
- Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP)
- Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
- Company paid holidays
- Paid sick leave and vacation time
- Paid Family Leave and other leaves of absence in accordance with applicable laws
