A propos du poste
L'alternant(e) participera activement à la préparation au lancement de nouveaux traitements dans le Myélome Multiple, tout en contribuant au développement de la Franchise CAR-T. En étroite collaboration avec l'équipe CAR-T Opérations, il/elle soutiendra la commercialisation des thérapies CAR-T en France en accompagnant les équipes siège et terrain dans la formation et le suivi des centres hospitaliers.
Vous aurez l’opportunité de collaborer avec de nombreux services de l’entreprise sur des problématiques transverses ainsi que sur des produits innovants à fort impact pour les patients.
Vos principales missions :
- Assurer la gestion et le suivi des projets opérationnels en soutien des équipes Marketing et Opérations CAR-T,
- Réaliser, valider et assurer le déploiement des outils promotionnels et non promotionnels à destination des différentes cibles dans le respect des contraintes réglementaires et juridiques,
- Réaliser, valider et assurer le déploiement des outils de formation et de communication sur la gestion des CAR-T par les centres hospitaliers,
- Participer à l'organisation des séminaires de la force de vente et au suivi de la formation des délégués,
- Contribuer aux activités de formation et d’accompagnement des centres hospitaliers,
- Analyser le suivi des opérations clients et des indicateurs clés de performance,
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les différents acteurs, en externe et en interne, pour la mise en place de projets
- Assurer une veille concurrentielle et une analyse de l’évolution de l’environnement du myélome multiple et des thérapies cellulaires en hématologie.
Compétences requises :
- Vous avez une double formation scientifique (médecin, pharmacien, scientifique, vétérinaire...) et vous recherchez une alternance dans le cadre de votre Master spécialité Marketing,
- Vous avez un intérêt pour la science et le monde de la santé,
- Vous faite preuve d’autonomie, de rigueur, de sens de l'initiative, de curiosité et de créativité,
- Vous êtes reconnu pour votre dynamisme, votre esprit d’équipe et votre bon relationnel,
- Vous avez des capacités de gestion de projet, d’analyse et de maîtrise des outils informatiques et d’intelligence artificielle,
- Vous maitrisez l’anglais couramment.
