Senior Analyst – Field Force Effectiveness (FFE)Experience Level: 3+ years Roles & Responsibilities Analytics Delivery & AI Enablement

Independently deliver high-quality Field Force Effectiveness analytical solutions and AI-enabled insights within agreed timelines, under the guidance of a team lead.

Apply advanced analytics, decision science, and AI/ML techniques to support driver analysis, targeting, GTM, and execution effectiveness.

Translate business questions into analytical approaches, execute analyses, and synthesize findings into actionable recommendations.

Ensure adherence to analytical best practices, quality standards, and documentation requirements.
Stakeholder Partnership & Strategic Support

Partner closely with US Commercial stakeholders, Sales leadership, Brand team, CASA, and BIT to understand business needs and contribute to solution design.

Act as a trusted analytical partner by clearly explaining insights, assumptions, and limitations, and supporting decision-making discussions.

Support prioritization of business requests by providing effort estimates, impact assessments, and analytical recommendations.

Contribute to stakeholder presentations, readouts, and working sessions with clear, structured storytelling.
Field Force Effectiveness Analytics

Assess field force engagement and effectiveness using IQVIA sales, Rx, call activity, and CRM datasets
-
Identify performance gaps, risks, and optimization opportunities across territories, segments, and execution levers.

Apply predictive modeling and AI/ML techniques to improve targeting, sizing, structuring, and field execution outcomes

Perform statistical analysis, data mining, and predictive modeling on large datasets to uncover trends and correlations that support commercial and field team success.
Team Collaboration & Capability Building

Mentor junior analysts through informal coaching, work reviews, and knowledge sharing.

Contribute to team capability building by sharing best practices, reusable assets, and analytical frameworks.

Collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams (Commercial, Analytics, IT, Operations) to ensure consistent and scalable delivery
Technical Execution & Data Stewardship

Build and maintain analytical assets including datasets, models, and automation workflows.

Work closely with BIT and data engineering teams to troubleshoot data issues and ensure reliable, timely data availability.

Ensure analytical outputs are reproducible, well-documented, and aligned with governance and compliance standards.

Experience & Qualifications

BA/BS required; advanced degree preferred with special consideration for degrees in life/physical sciences, applied sciences (computer science, mathematics, data science), or engineering.

3+ years in pharmaceutical Field Force Effectiveness, GTM analytics, execution vs. performance analysis, or territory alignment—preferably within biopharma or pharmaceuticals.

Strong experience working with IQVIA sales, Rx, call activity, and CRM datasets.

Experience embedding AI analytics platforms into Field CRM workflows with enterprise-wide adoption.

Good knowledge of programming and data science tools (Python, R), machine learning frameworks (scikit-learn, Py Torch), large-scale analytics environments, visualization platforms, and workflow automation.

Proven track record of delivering data‑driven insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Technical Skills (Preferred)

Hands-on experience with Python and/or R for data analysis, statistical modelling, and ML pipeline development.

Proficiency in machine learning frameworks — scikit-learn, Py Torch — and large-scale model deployment.

Experience with SQL and reporting tools (Power BI, or similar).
