Senior Performance Analyst:

As a Senior Performance Analyst at BP BSC KFT, you will be responsible for providing critical financial and operational analysis to drive business performance and efficiency. You will apply your expertise in accounting and data analysis to identify areas for improvement and support strategic decision-making.

In this role You will:

  • Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction.
  • Evaluate existing accounting policies and processes, recommending and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance.
  • Develop and prepare comprehensive financial reports, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to relevant accounting standards.
  • Collaborate with various business units to understand their financial needs and provide actionable insights to support their objectives.
  • Assess and strengthen internal controls and compliance frameworks to mitigate risks and ensure data integrity.
  • Participate in business process improvement initiatives, applying analytical skills to identify bottlenecks and propose effective solutions.
  • Apply commercial savvy to understand business drivers and translate financial data into meaningful business insights.
  • Foster a customer-centric approach in all analyses and recommendations, ensuring alignment with stakeholder needs.
  • Apply digital tools and platforms effectively for data extraction, analysis, and reporting.

What You will need to be successful:

  • Proven experience with accounting policy and accounting processes and finance.
  • Strong analytical thinking and data analysis skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Demonstrated experience in business process control and business process improvement.
  • Solid commercial acumen and an understanding of business operations.
  • Proficiency in financial reporting and the ability to present findings clearly and concisely.
  • Knowledge of internal control and compliance principles.
  • Customer-centric thinking with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Digital fluency, comfortable with various analytical software and reporting tools.
