Join our Team and advance your career as a

Spanish-speaking Network Planner for Iberia

You will play a key part in shaping the future of our Iberian retail network. You’ll combine business strategy, analytics, and cross‑functional collaboration to guide investment decisions that directly influence the growth and profitability of our retail portfolio.

In this role You will:

  • Drive Strategic & Tactical Retail Portfolio Planning Lead and develop the strategic and tactical planning for the Iberian retail portfolio.
  • Work closely with Asset Managers, Retail Operations Managers, and field teams throughout the Capital Value Process (CVP).
  • Evaluate retail investment projects from an integrated business perspective, collaborating with collaborators across Operations, Pricing, Finance, Legal, Tax, Supply, Refinery, and more.
  • Apply GIAAP guidelines and Economic Evaluation Methodology (EEM) to assess economic viability and support evidence‑based decision making.
  • Strategic Alignment:Make sure project plans and business cases align with broader strategic objectives.
  • Conduct trading area analyses to understand market dynamics, identify risks, and determine project potential.
  • Investment Decision Advisory• Support Assets and Commercial teams on all projects requiring economic evaluation and capex/revex budget justification.
  • Act as:Capital Value Process gatekeeper, ensuring consistent and high quality evaluations.
  • Key liaison with cross functional teams to confirm assumptions, identify risks, and prepare decision-making documents (ATNs, EFMs, SFMs, etc.).
  • Owner of the DCF investment tool, ensuring accurate risk assessment and integration into financial memorandums.
  • Prepare all Finance Memorandums (FMs) for investment and divestment cases in Iberia.
  • Manage the entire project approval process to ensure smooth, efficient decision-making.
  • Enable Data‑Driven Decisions Support and maintain key databases containing macro- and micro‑economic indicators, competitor insights, and market structure data.
  • Continuously improve data quality to support reliable trading area analysis.
  • Support Network Development Contribute to the ongoing development and optimization of our retail network.
  • Coordinate the Post Project Appraisal (PPA) process to ensure continuous learning and enhancement of future investments.

What You will need to be successful:

  • Degree-level qualification (preferably Economics/Business Administration or similar).
  • Fluency in English and Spanish; Portuguese desirable
  • Several years of experience in Retail especially related to Assets, Commercial, and/or Finance
  • Solid understanding of economical modelling and experience in following standards, procedures, and processes.
  • Market knowledge of Spain and Portugal desirable.
  • Project Management and/or Trade Area Analysis experience desirable.
