Join our Finance Team and advance your career as Intercompany Lead

Summary:

Lead the Intercompany team, ensuring accurate and efficient accounting processes for BP BSC KFT, with a strong focus on compliance, process improvement, and customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the Intercompany accounting team, ensuring adherence to established accounting policies and procedures.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives for intercompany accounting processes, leveraging analytical thinking and data analysis to identify and implement efficiencies.
  • Ensure robust internal control and compliance frameworks are maintained for all intercompany transactions.
  • Prepare and review financial reports related to intercompany activities, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on intercompany accounting policies and provide guidance to team members and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with various internal departments to resolve intercompany discrepancies and improve overall financial reporting.
  • Utilize digital fluency to optimize existing systems and explore new technologies for process enhancements.
  • Apply commercial acumen to understand the business impact of intercompany transactions and contribute to effective decision-making.
  • Foster a customer-centric approach within the team, ensuring high-quality service and proactive communication with internal partners.
  • Perform business process control activities to mitigate risks and ensure data integrity.

Job Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated expertise in Accounting policy and Financial Reporting.
  • Proven experience with Accounting Processes and Financial controls.
  • Strong Analytical Thinking and Data Analysis capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Analytics tools and methodologies.
  • Experience in Business process control and Business process improvement.
  • Solid understanding of Commercial Acumen within a large organization.
  • Ability to demonstrate Customer centric thinking in all aspects of work.
  • High level of Digital Fluency, including experience with relevant accounting software and systems.
  • In-depth knowledge of Internal control and compliance principles.
