Learning Operations Team Lead:

In this role You will:

  • Partner with Learning Operations teams and collaborators to understand demand and ensure optimal customer experience
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of learning operations for assigned portfolios, ensuring quality and timeliness
  • Drive continuous improvement across processes, tools, and ways of working
  • Support design and implementation of learning solutions with Solutions and Opex teams
  • Manage multiple projects using Agile methodologies, ensuring effective planning, delivery, and reporting
  • Own partner communication, including updates, risk management, and alignment on expectations
  • Apply change management practices to drive adoption and engagement
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team, ensuring strong performance, capability, and engagement
  • Ensure effective resource planning, training, and workload management
  • Oversee operational governance, ensuring compliance with internal processes and standards (e.g. ISO, SOX)
  • Ensure timely resolution of operational issues
  • Supervise performance metrics to drive operational excellence
  • Ensure accurate financial operations including accruals, invoicing, reporting, and budget tracking
  • Build strong relationships with collaborators, customers, and external partners

What You will need to be successful:

  • Strong experience in Learning Operations and understanding of the learning lifecycle
  • Proven people management and team leadership experience
  • Experience in project/programme management and Agile delivery
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience in change management and continuous improvement
  • Understanding of governance, risk, and compliance frameworks
  • Financial competence (budgeting, reporting, financial processes)
  • Digital approach with experience in learning systems (LMS preferred, e.g. Cornerstone)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer-focused attitude
  • Proficiency in MS Office and enterprise systems (e.g. Salesforce, LMS)
  • Proficiency in English
