Join our Team and advance your career as an

Expat Data Services Specialist (Fixed Term)In this role You will:

  • Provide first-line support and manage inbound queries
  • Process employee data changes for Global Assignees, ensuring accuracy
  • Review and approve transactions in line with policies
  • Maintain data integrity and manage records/documentation
  • Ensure adherence to processes, standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Resolve partner concerns and complex issues across systems and stakeholders
  • Support testing and implementation of system changes
  • Drive and support continuous process improvements
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet operational goals
  • Update and maintain process documentation (SOPs)
  • Support team members and train new joiners

What You will need to be successful:

  • Proficiency in English language
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Digital proficiency (MS Office and systems/tools)
  • Strong analytical and numeracy skills
  • Solution-oriented approach with focus on process improvement
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Sound judgment and problem-solving ability
  • Team player with ability to work independently
  • Experience in administering HR (People & Culture) systems and processes is good to have
