HR Partner (Castrol)In this role You will:

  • Partner with business leaders and People & Culture (P&C) teams to deliver key people initiatives such as talent management, development, DE&I, employee engagement, and organizational change
  • Translate business priorities into actionable plans and support their successful delivery
  • Work collaboratively within cross-functional, global teams to drive consistent and effective outcomes
  • Build strong understanding of the business to ensure people solutions are aligned to local and organizational needs
  • Use data and insights to inform decisions and improve people outcomes
  • Coach and support leaders on people-related topics and best practices
  • Contribute to change initiatives including reorganizations and transformation projects
  • Support business continuity or crisis management activities where required

What You will need to be successful:

  • Solid experience across People & Culture / HR roles in commercial or operational environments
  • Track record of business partnering
  • Strong partnering and coaching skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
  • Experience in talent management, employee relations, change management, and organizational development
  • Proven track record in delivering projects and driving initiatives to completion
  • Experience working in complex, global, and matrixed environments
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to translate insights into action
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Fluency in English
