The Finished Goods Analyst develops an unconstrained 24‑month item/location DRP plan and a feasible deployment plan to optimise stock availability and minimise obsolescence across the network. The role leads production planning for their portfolio, creating a robust 24‑month plan for finished goods and intermediate oils to meet demand and inventory targets. It includes daily review of supply shortages, accomplishing corrective actions, performing RCA, and driving CI plans. The planner also manages demand inputs into SNP with Market Demand Managers to ensure accurate signals for DRP planning.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop a 24‑month unconstrained DRP plan at item/location level, ensuring optimal stock movements, availability, and minimal obsolescence across the distribution network.
  • Create and maintain a feasible production & deployment plan for finished goods and intermediate oils—balancing capacity, material availability, and replenishment priorities.
  • Monitor daily supply exceptions, complete corrective actions, perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and drive Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives to improve planning performance.
  • Collaborate closely with Demand Managers to ensure accurate demand signals in APO/SNP, maintain robust sales forecasts, and enforce demand control processes.
  • Serve as the link between Production, Material Planning, Demand Planning, Logistics, and Customer Teams to resolve mismatches and ensure execution.
  • Manage daily order fulfilment performance, supervise constraints and allocations, evaluate expedite/recovery options, and proactively protect Fill Rate antimelyme Delivery.
  • Own and maintain the Fill & Kill Dashboard, providing transparency to order cuts, customer impacts, and operational risks.
  • Use analytical tools (Kinaxis RR, SAP, Excel, Power BI) to perform supply–demand analysis, develop KPI insights, and present forecast trends and risk assessments to leadership

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:

Absolute fluency in “business English” is required.
University/College degree preferably in economics
Very strong analytical skills – able to analyse and summarise sophisticated information and prepared to drive performance improvements
Strong impact, interpersonal, influence and communication skills with validated capability and potential to make a meaningful contribution to the business.
Good understanding of cross-service functions relating to the business commercial activities
High understanding of the business requirements and strategy

Level 3 in Understanding Supply Chain, Aggregate Planning, Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP), Inventory Planning and Planning MPS or equivalent experience systems (SAP/APO; Kinaxis Rapid Response).
Level 3 in Master Production Scheduling (MPS or equivalent experience) and RCCP.
