Job Description:

As a leading global energy company, we deliver heat, light and mobility products and services to people all around the world in ways that will help to drive the transition to a lower carbon future and our early careers hires are integral to achieving this. As future leaders and technical experts, we need fresh thinking, curiosity, and a solution focus mindset to drive the transition.

That’s where you come in!

To succeed, we need to inspire and support the next generation of industry innovators with fresh perspectives and ways of thinking that come from different lived experiences. This is what our Future Talent Scholarship is all about.

Open to First Nations students studying in Australia and due to graduate between mid-late 2027 onwards, our scholarship is a fascinating introduction to the energy industry where successful students will be taking part in various engagement and learning journeys in Feb 2027. The scholarship will support your undergraduate progress through soft-skills workshops and networking opportunities, whilst also opening your eyes to the full range of opportunities that our business and sector offer.

To make a strong application, show us how our values match yours. If you are successful in the process, you’ll join a series of events over 3 days in February 2027 – all designed to be a launchpad to our early careers’ programmes. Attend the series of events, and you’ll be awarded with the scholarship of AUD $5,000 to help you through your University studies.
