As an Execution Senior Analyst, Order Management, you will play a crucial role in optimizing order fulfillment processes and ensuring flawless execution within BP Business Solutions India Private Limited. You will apply your expertise in agility practices and collaborator management to drive efficiency and deliver outstanding results.

Job Responsibilities

  • Apply Agility core practices and use Agility tools to enhance order management workflows and adapt to evolving business needs.
  • Conduct comprehensive Business Requirements Analysis to find opportunities for process improvement and system enhancements in order management.
  • Develop and implement Category Strategies relevant to order fulfillment, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Demonstrate Digital Proficiency by effectively applying various digital platforms and tools to streamline order processing and data analysis.
  • Influence internal and external stakeholders to achieve efficient outcomes in order management, encouraging collaborative relationships.
  • Lead and manage change initiatives related to order management processes and systems, ensuring smooth transitions and user adoption.
  • Execute effective Negotiating strategies with suppliers and internal partners to secure favorable terms and ensure timely order delivery.
  • Perform detailed Negotiation planning and preparation, including gathering Product and market intelligence, to maximize negotiation success.
  • Proactively engage in Stakeholder Management, building strong relationships with internal departments and external suppliers to facilitate efficient order flow.
  • Implement best practices in Supplier Relationship Management to foster strong partnerships and drive continuous improvement in supplier performance.

Qualifications, Competencies

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business, Engineering, Finance, Accounting, or related field

  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience order management and buying

  • Strong knowledge of procurement practices with understanding of accounts payable practices

  • Proficient in PSCM applications including ARIBA, SAP and Salesforce

  • Experience of working cross culturally and in an international environment

  • Engaging and collaborative way of working

  • Resilient and experienced in working in multi-faceted environment

  • Experience in using ERP, good skills in Excel
