-
Standardize and sustain convert improvements into standards (SOPs, centerlines, CILs, checklists), embed visual management, and verify alignment through leader standard work and line level DDS routines. (Reference: Castrol OMS expectations for Procedures & Practices)

-
Required qualifications & experience
-
Education: BS in Mechanical Engineering (or closely related). MS preferred.
-
Manufacturing CI leadership: 7+ years in high mix, high throughput operations (FMCG/process/packaging preferred) with a track record of OEE improvement. (Proven knowledge of 12 loss model and data integrity)
-
RCA excellence: Proficiency with 5 Whys, fishbone/Ishikawa, and a formal RCA methodology; evidence of closing system causes and reapplying findings.
-
Project management: Led multi field projects from charter through startup with clear benefits realization; ability to integrate HSSE reviews and readiness gates.
-
Lean/TPM toolkit: SMED, centerlining, standard work, 5S, visual management, AM/PM, mistake proofing (poka yoke).
