Job Description: China Product & Commercial Manager Job Description:

China Product & Commercial Manager is a combined role in Castrol Thermal Management Performance Unit China. As a start up and lean organization, this role is three folded including Product Management, Sales Support and Order to Cash.

The target industry of this role is data center cooling and battery energy storage system.

Key Accountabilities: 1.

Product Management China:

  • Lead Thermal Management Cooling Fluid China Roadmap to meet with short-term and long-term China customer needs
  • Support Data Center Fluid localization by working with Sales, GSC, NPI, Global PM and CCTC
  • Define next generation fluid, booster, flush package to increase Castrol competitiveness on the market

2. Sales Support

  • Support Sales team for project bidding document
  • Support key sales driven events and activities
  • Support customer sample delivery

Oder to Cash:

  • Execute Fluid “Order to Cash” process flow in China
  • Assist GSC and sourcing to develop Thermal hardware “Order to Cash”, “Export to other countries” solution
  • Above “order to cash” role is in plan of transition to company centralized customer service when order volume increase to certain level

Education & Experiences:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years working experience in product management, sales support
  • Product experience in data center water gylcool products
  • Hands on experience on JDE, Saleforce system

Skills & competencies:

  • Self-motivated to achieve the goal in a lean organization
  • Fluent verbal and written English
  • A good team player to deal with multiple functions, proven communication skills
  • Ability to manage complex tasks which need coordinating resources internally and externally
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with proper prioritization
  • 10% travel

About Castrol Thermal Management

Castrol's Thermal Management performance unit develops fluids for data centres and energy storage systems. The business serves markets in the US, Europe, the Middle East, China, Australia and Southeast Asia.

Castrol has created its Castrol ON data centre cooling fluids for AI, machine learning and cloud computing workloads. The company states that these products support thermal management across the lifecycle of a data centre.
