Shape the future of cardiac care – with your expertise in EP mapping
Electrophysiology (EP) is one of the most advanced and fast-evolving fields in cardiology. At Boston Scientific, we are proud to be leading the way by bringing groundbreaking solutions such as Pulsed Field Ablation (Farapulse), ultra-high-density 3D mapping (OPAL HDx), and cutting-edge diagnostic and therapeutic catheters to hospitals across the world.
We’re currently hiring a Senior Field Clinical Specialist Electrophysiology (EP) to join our EMEA team, based in UAE or Lebanon. You’ll support hospitals and electrophysiologists across Middle East and North Africa (Morocco, Tunisia & Algeria) and will be working side by side with medical teams to deliver advanced procedural support and enable better outcomes for patients.
This is a technical, field-based role which is ideal for someone with proven hands-on EP mapping experience and a passion for advancing cardiac care.
Your role as senior field clinical specialist EP
You’ll serve as the primary clinical expert during EP procedures, providing hands-on support to physicians in the lab. With your in-depth understanding of 3D cardiac mapping and EP systems, you’ll help physicians navigate complex cases, optimize workflows, and ensure best-in-class patient care.
You’ll also support ongoing education and drive clinical adoption of our technologies across key centers in the region. This role involves frequent and often short-notice travel between countries, so flexibility, independence, and strong planning skills are essential.
What you'll be doing
- Provide advanced, in-lab clinical support during complex EP procedures, with a focus on 3D mapping technologies (e.g. OPAL HDx)
- Act as the technical right hand to physicians, supporting system setup, real-time mapping interpretation, and troubleshooting
- Deliver structured training to EP-lab staff and clinicians, both on-site and remotely
- Build strong relationships with EP teams across your territory to ensure high standards of product usage and procedural support
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Technical Support teams to identify opportunities and respond to customer needs
- Share insights from the field with internal teams to support product innovation and continuous improvement
- Support procedural logistics, including device availability, lab readiness, and documentation
What you bring
We’re looking to bring an experienced EP professional with deep technical knowledge and a strong clinical presence on board with us. You don’t just know “a thing or two” about EP Mapping – it’s your specialty and area of expertise.
You’ll likely bring:
- At least 3+ years of hands-on experience in electrophysiology, with proven expertise in 3D cardiac mapping systems (e.g. CARTO, EnSite, or Rhythmia)
- Experience working side by side with physicians during ablation procedures, guiding usage of mapping and ablation tools
- Strong troubleshooting skills, the ability to remain calm in high-pressure clinical settings, and a sharp eye for detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills: you’re able to explain complex systems clearly to physicians and lab teams
- Fluency in English & Arabic is required; French is a plus
- Willingness to travel frequently (up to 70%) across North Africa - this role requires high flexibility and mobility
Why join us?
💙 Purpose-driven mission – Help improve lives and shape the future of cardiac care
📈 Advanced technologies – Work with next-generation EP tools that are changing the way physicians treat arrhythmias
🧠 Ongoing development – Access to expert training, mentoring, and growth opportunities
🌍 International scope – Engage with leading centers and clinical experts across multiple countries
🤝 Supportive culture – Be part of a global team that values expertise, integrity, and collaboration
Last but not least, we offer a strong package with great benefits and plenty of opportunities to grow and learn throughout your career with us.
Ready to make more impact in the EP field?
You’re experienced, so you know that your work is crucial to improve patients’ lives. Creating that long-lasting impact using your expertise is what makes your heart beat faster (not too fast, though) - and that’s exactly what you like to continue doing working for Boston Scientific.
Ready, set, go?
Apply today and help us shape the future of electrophysiology - one heartbeat at a time.
