About the role

Sell products by scheduling sales calls to meet with current and potential customers to fulfill revenue and growth market assigned by the company on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis Develop an action plan(i.e., weekly, quarterly, monthly) by analyzing quarterly and monthly figures and reports identifying the needs of accounts and discussing issues with manager to help the organization achieve its annual sales goal Develop relationships with hospital personnel (e.g. through casual conversation, meetings, participation in conferences) to make new contacts in other departments within hospital and to identify key decision makers in order to facilitate future sales Manage key customers through in-service/procedural observations including electrophysiology study and radiofrequency/cryo/pulse field ablation performed in the electrophysiology laboratory Collaborate/Manage with channel partners on market analysis, business strategy development, demand planning, and schedule management to achieve annual sales targets Serve as primary resource for clinical support in the areas of case coverage, basic troubleshooting, system/software development for EP systems and catheters Attend cases in hospital labs, accounts for case support and development efforts of our capital systems and their components Respond to customer needs and complaints regarding products and service by developing creative and feasible solutions or working with other related personnel to develop optimal solutions Will be required to maintain/develop advanced clinical knowledge of cardiac ablation, cardiac ablation components, technical knowledge of EP technology, advancements, and business landscape Required to attend training sessions depending on the level of EP (Electrophysiology) knowledge acquired Must be willing to travel within the assigned territory (Seoul, Gyeongsang or Chunghonam) as needed to ensure area coverage and business support 1~5 years of Medical Industry experience (Arrhythmia field is preferred) Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Biomedical Engineering or Engineering Passion to learn and dedicate to improving patient's lives Must be highly self-motivated and able to work with little direct supervision Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and work independently as well as with a team Ability to Planning, Prioritizing and self-time management skills Good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills Strong teamwork, communication, proactive, and presentation skillsd Good verbal and written communication skills in English
