• Implements a staffing plan by identifying resource requirements, writing justifications for additional personnel, obtaining approval for changes, and coordinating the selection process with Human Resources

• Develops and executes organizational and operational policies that affect one or more groups by utilizing technical/professional knowledge and skills.
• Monitors compliance with company policies and procedures (e.g. compliance with FDA, BSI, EEO regulations, etc.).
• Makes decisions regarding work processes or operational plans and schedules in order to achieve department objectives.
• Develops, monitors and appropriately adjusts the annual budget for department(s).
• Identifies, develops and implements processes to improve department performance.
• Monitors departments activities and records to ensure compliance, independent action through critical decision making.
• Provides manufacturing support by defining work assignments directed to address supplier defects, minimize quality, compliance, service and cost impact and implement process improvements utilizing Quality System and business tools.
• Escalates issues to Category teams for resolution and guidance, and promotes/coordinates appropriate functional support and prioritization to address business needs.

• Licenciature degree in Electromechanical, Materials, Industrial, Electronic, Biotechnology, Metallurgical Engineering or related technical discipline
• English Level: C1 (90% -94%).
• 7+ years of overall experience in the Medical Device industry
• Prior experience in Supplier Management and People Management positions 
• Prior experience in Supplier Quality is preferable
