Core Responsibilities

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Sales, Clinical, Professional Education and Marketing teams to support business priorities.
  • Act as a key functional partner in commercial initiatives and customer-facing activities.
  • Adapt global and regional strategies, tools and materials to local market needs.

 

Product & Customer Focus

  • Maintain a strong understanding of assigned products, clinical applications, and customer needs.
  • Support initiatives that improve product adoption, customer experience, and market performance.
  • Engage with key customers and internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement.

 

Program Execution & Optimization

  • Plan, execute, and continuously improve programs (marketing, educational, or commercial).
  • Ensure consistency of messaging, positioning and value communication.
  • Measure impact using defined KPIs and adjust actions accordingly.

 

Analytical & Value-Based Mindset

  • Use data and structured analysis to support decision-making.
  • Evaluate effectiveness of initiatives and recommend improvements.
  • Support prioritization of resources based on impact and business value.

 

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, Biomedical disciplines or related fields.
  • 3–5+ years of relevant professional experience in marketing, product support, education, clinical, or commercial roles.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales and Clinical/Medical teams.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience with data visualization and analytics tools (Tableau/Power BI).
  • Proficiency with AI applications, Digital tools, CRM platforms (Salesforce).
  • Advanced English (oral and written) for regional and global interaction.
