Here, you’ll be supported in progressing – whatever your ambitions.Core Responsibilities Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Sales, Clinical, Professional Education and Marketing teams to support business priorities.Act as a key functional partner in commercial initiatives and customer-facing activities.Adapt global and regional strategies, tools and materials to local market needs. Product & Customer Focus Maintain a strong understanding of assigned products, clinical applications, and customer needs.Support initiatives that improve product adoption, customer experience, and market performance.Engage with key customers and internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement. Program Execution & Optimization Plan, execute, and continuously improve programs (marketing, educational, or commercial).Ensure consistency of messaging, positioning and value communication.Measure impact using defined KPIs and adjust actions accordingly. Analytical & Value-Based Mindset Use data and structured analysis to support decision-making.Evaluate effectiveness of initiatives and recommend improvements.Support prioritization of resources based on impact and business value. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, Biomedical disciplines or related fields.3–5+ years of relevant professional experience in marketing, product support, education, clinical, or commercial roles.Experience working cross-functionally with Sales and Clinical/Medical teams.Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.Experience with data visualization and analytics tools (Tableau/Power BI).Proficiency with AI applications, Digital tools, CRM platforms (Salesforce).Advanced English (oral and written) for regional and global interaction.
