Core Responsibilities
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales, Clinical, Professional Education and Marketing teams to support business priorities.
- Act as a key functional partner in commercial initiatives and customer-facing activities.
- Adapt global and regional strategies, tools and materials to local market needs.
Product & Customer Focus
- Maintain a strong understanding of assigned products, clinical applications, and customer needs.
- Support initiatives that improve product adoption, customer experience, and market performance.
- Engage with key customers and internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement.
Program Execution & Optimization
- Plan, execute, and continuously improve programs (marketing, educational, or commercial).
- Ensure consistency of messaging, positioning and value communication.
- Measure impact using defined KPIs and adjust actions accordingly.
Analytical & Value-Based Mindset
- Use data and structured analysis to support decision-making.
- Evaluate effectiveness of initiatives and recommend improvements.
- Support prioritization of resources based on impact and business value.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, Biomedical disciplines or related fields.
- 3–5+ years of relevant professional experience in marketing, product support, education, clinical, or commercial roles.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales and Clinical/Medical teams.
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience with data visualization and analytics tools (Tableau/Power BI).
- Proficiency with AI applications, Digital tools, CRM platforms (Salesforce).
- Advanced English (oral and written) for regional and global interaction.
