• Hardware assembly

• Computers, Printers and Infrastructure equipment

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer systems, hardware, and software

• Management of request/incident tickets

• Documentation Updates

• System Enhancement - usage of Power Platform

• Perform other related duties as required

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

• 6 months duration Internship (Preferably)

• Familiarity with computer hardware and software installation

• Microsoft Office

• Passion to explore new things and expand their knowledge

• Local student needing to complete internship as part of their tertiary education
