Main responsibilities

• Lead cross functional SE-team including mechanical design, reliability engineering, simulation, technology and process development, production, quality and partner from other functions in whole project development life-cycle.

• Lead team to do requirement engineering, change management, risk management, problem solving.

• Define project milestone meeting customer requirement.

• Plan, monitor and control the work packages to ensure the on-time design freeze, sample delivery and project SOP.

• Lead design to cost activity in each sample phase to ensure the product target cost achievement.

• Plan and control development cost.

• Ensure development process compliance.

• 3 years bachelor degree or master degree in engineering or related fields

• PMP certification is preferred

• Technical understanding on modeling process, PCB and PCB connection technology and assembly process

• Has certain know-how/experience on product cost calculation

• Has product development engineering process experience. or engineering ratio project experience

• Negotiation/conflict Management

• Fluent English communication skill is required

• Resilient and self-motivated

• Can handle tough questions, discussions and groups.

• Quickly finds common ground to solve problems and resolve differences.
