Mechanical PM to ensure the project target fulfillment in terms of:
-Technical specification
-Development costs
-Product costs
-Schedules
-Quality
Main responsibilities
-
Lead cross functional SE-team including mechanical design, reliability engineering, simulation, technology and process development, production, quality and partner from other functions in whole project development life-cycle.
-
Lead team to do requirement engineering, change management, risk management, problem solving.
-
Define project milestone meeting customer requirement.
-
Plan, monitor and control the work packages to ensure the on-time design freeze, sample delivery and project SOP.
-
Lead design to cost activity in each sample phase to ensure the product target cost achievement.
-
Plan and control development cost.
-
Ensure development process compliance.
-
3 years bachelor degree or master degree in engineering or related fields
-
PMP certification is preferred
-
Technical understanding on modeling process, PCB and PCB connection technology and assembly process
-
Has certain know-how/experience on product cost calculation
-
Has product development engineering process experience. or engineering ratio project experience
-
Negotiation/conflict Management
-
Fluent English communication skill is required
-
Resilient and self-motivated
-
Can handle tough questions, discussions and groups.
-
Quickly finds common ground to solve problems and resolve differences.
