Business Developer & Product Owner

Your tasks

• You actively contribute with high commitment and maximum effort to the transformations towards innovative technologies and the data-driven future of Electrified Motion.
• You identify and explore the best solutions to make data-driven R-Decisions (Reuse, Remanufacturing, or Recycling) possible at the end of the first component lifecycle.
• You are responsible for coordinating the scope of R-Decision within the Circular Economy Project.

Your profile

Education:

• Completed degree in engineering/natural sciences or similar practical experience in customer communication, project management, software development, product development, sales

Personality:

• Persuasive, communicative, highly motivated, fully engaged, and interested in exploring new paths

Work approach:

• Customer-oriented, and high willingness to help
• Organized, careful and adaptive mindset
• Availability to travel

Experience:

• Several years of professional experience in product development, sales, customer communication, project management, start-up mentality, service business, and team leadership

Know-how:

• Agile work methodology, mechanical system product development, cloud-based solutions

Languages:

• English (fluent)
• German (Good to have)
