  • Teamwork with Purchasing department to select the potential suppliers.

  • Involve and be a strong partner in Advanced Product Quality Planning/PQP (Preventive Quality Planning) to meet project metrics.

  • Be responsible of PPAP for purchased components.

  • Lead implement process audit at supplier and follow-up audit until all findings closed.

  • Lead Supplier Quality Improvement Project (SQIP).

  • Trace 8D timing and evaluate 8D quality, train supplier 8D when needed.

  • Collect failure costs and claim to supplier.

  • Support the 3rd part and customer audit.

  • Support Bosch other plants.

  • Bachelor’s degree or master’s in mechanic & tooling relevant or plastic tooling

  • Bachelor: above 3 years. Or Master: No experience required

  • Solid knowledge in plastic molding or tooling.

  • Knowledge of quality standards such as ISO9001/IATF16949.

  • Good knowledge with quality management tools such as APQP/PPAP, FEMA, SPC,MSA and 8D.

  • English: Fluent
