• Establish testing as per test data sheet (PDS)
• Ensure testing machine capability (Cg,Cgk),
• GRR Lead process control & optimization (to meet Quality, Productivity, Failure cost targets)
• Evaluate testing failure with QC tools, root cause analysis and actions implementation
• Continuous Improvement (eg
• Kaizen & Yokoten)ECR and 4M change initiate/validate/implementation
• Implement digital EWS to detect testing failures proactively and reduce downtime/scrap
