About the role

Support in all activities related to recruitment and selection

Manage the selection process for internship positions and provide administrative support
-
Assist in the creation of compelling job advertisements
-
Collaborate closely with the HRS recruitment team on various tasks
-
Support the team by reviewing candidate resumes and applications
-
Schedule interviews and book meeting rooms
-
Assist in the preparation and execution of the onboarding process for new hires
-
Provide support for other HR department needs, including employee engagement activities and company events
-
Final-year student or recent graduate in Social Sciences, Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
-
Previous experience in a similar role is considered an advantage
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
-
Business proficiency in the English language

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

A collaborative team player with a proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and develop new skills
