- Validation Strategy & Planning Define and own DVPR aligned with system requirements and OEM standards Establish validation scope for gear systems, differential, housing, bearings, lubrication Ensure compliance with automotive standards and Bosch quality processes2. Test Execution & Integration Lead bench (dyno) and vehicle-level validation Execute testing for:Durability & reliabilityNVH performance Thermal & efficiency behavior Coordinate with test labs, suppliers, and cross-functional teams3. Data Analysis & Issue Resolution Perform data analysis (efficiency, NVH, thermal, wear patterns)Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions (CAPA)Drive validation optimization through structured problem solving4. Requirement & Quality Assurance Ensure end-to-end traceability (DOORS/Polarion)Support FMEA updates, risk assessments, and audits Ensure quality gate readiness and validation closure compliance5.
