Mechanical Design Specialist - (UG NX tool) at Bosch

Key Responsibilities1. Project Specific (Must Have)Creation of parametric CAD models in UG NX with 1:1 scale Preparation of parametric assembly models Creation of manufacturing drawings with necessary dimensioning and tolerances (References are available)Product Manufacturing Information (PMI) creation and management in Siemens NXSAP activities including:Uploading/Downloading BOM (Bill of Materials)Working with Material master data.Domain knowledge of component design. 2. General Responsibilities Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills Utilize strong interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration Apply problem-solving skills, analytical and logical thinking to design challenges Maintain goal-oriented approach as a team player with focus on quality Work proactively with quick learning ability and handle tasks independently Required Skills & Qualifications Technical Skills (Must Have)Strong proficiency in UG NX (Siemens NX) for parametric modeling Experience in creating and managing Product Manufacturing Information (PMI) in Siemens NXExperience in creating parametric CAD models with 1:1 scale Ability to develop parametric assembly models Knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing)Expertise in Model-Based Definition (MBD) and PMI annotation standards Experience with manufacturing drawing preparation Working knowledge of SAP for BOM management and material master data Understanding of engineering standards and documentation Soft Skills Excellent oral and written communication skills Strong interpersonal skills Problem-solving skills with analytical and logical thinking Goal-oriented, team player, quality-focused mindset Proactive approach, quick learner, and capable of working independently Nice to Have Documentation skills and proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Experience with other CAD/PLM systems Knowledge of manufacturing processes Experience with digital twin and MBD workflows
