Our platform is built on modern Low-Code / No-Code technologies and is evolving with AI and GenAI capabilities. As a Software QA / Tester Intern, you will focus on ensuring product quality through structured testing activities, including test analysis, test case design, manual test execution, defect reporting, regression testing, and exposure to both test automation and AI-driven testing.
This internship is designed for students who are passionate about Software Testing, Quality Assurance, and Quality Engineering. You will work with real enterprise systems, learn modern QA practices, and understand how testing contributes to reliable software delivery at scale.
What You Will Do:
- Test Case Design: Understand product requirements, user stories, and business workflows to design effective test cases, test scenarios, and test data.
- Test Execution: Execute functional and non-functional testing activities including regression, integration, end-to-end, smoke, and sanity testing.
- Test Reporting: Create clear bug reports with detailed reproduction steps, expected vs. actual results, supporting evidence, and severity assessment.
- Bug Reproduction & Verification: Reproduce reported issues, verify fixes, and perform regression testing to ensure product stability and quality.
- Automation & AI-Assisted Testing Exposure: Learn automation testing basics, API testing, and AI tools for test case generation, test data creation, and defect analysis.
- Delivery Excellence: Take ownership of assigned tasks, meet commitments, continuously improve testing effectiveness, and contribute to successful product releases.
Must-Have
- Final-year or senior student in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
- University recommendation/introduction letter for a 6-month internship is mandatory.
- Able to work full-time from Monday to Friday, or at least 4 days per week during the internship period.
- Good understanding of software/IT fundamentals and logical thinking.
- Strong interest in Software Testing, Quality Assurance, and Quality Engineering.
- Basic understanding of software development lifecycle and testing concepts.
- Good English communication skills.
- Proactive, responsible, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving ability.
- Willingness to learn manual testing, defect reporting, test documentation, and automation testing fundamentals.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with manual testing in university projects, coursework, internships, or personal projects.
- Familiarity with test case design, bug reporting, test execution, or requirement analysis.
- Exposure to testing tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, TestRail, Zephyr, Postman, Selenium, Playwright, or similar tools.
- Basic knowledge of scripting or programming languages such as Python, or TypeScript.
- Basic understanding of API testing, database/SQL, web applications, or workflow-based systems.
- Familiarity with Agile, SDLC, CI/CD, or automation testing concepts.
- Interest in AI/GenAI-assisted testing and modern QA practices.
- GitHub, portfolio, automation scripts, testing documents, or QA-related school projects are a plus.
