We are looking for a dynamic, hands-on creative leader to drive global content production across text, image, and motion. As Head of Creative Production, you will ensure that every piece of content is high-quality, on-brand, and delivered at scale. You will combine operational excellence, strategic thinking, and innovative technologies — including AI — to empower teams and maximize creative impact worldwide.

Your Impact

  • Lead and inspire the global creative production team, ensuring all content is delivered efficiently, on-brand, and at scale.
  • Oversee workflows, resource allocation, budgets, and vendor coordination, driving operational excellence and process optimization.
  • Introduce innovative technologies, including AI, to streamline production, enhance efficiency, and foster creativity.
  • Conduct quality control, ensure compliance with brand and legal standards, and maintain consistency across all global content.
  • Drive continuous improvement, implement best practices, and enable teams to deliver creative work that truly engages audiences worldwide.

Education

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Certifications in project management, creative technologies, or content production tools are a plus.

Experience

  • Proven experience leading global creative production teams.
  • Strong track record in managing multi-format content (text, image, motion).
  • Experience with vendor/agency management and global content workflows.

Know How

  • Expertise in production processes, digital asset management, and workflow optimization.
  • Familiarity with creative technologies and AI-driven content tools.
  • Strong understanding of brand guidelines and compliance requirements.

Languages

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Additional languages are an advantage.

  • Skilled at managing complex projects, resources, and budgets.
