HR Generalist – Student Position (Romanian speaker)

Your tasks

• Support our multinational HR organization across the full employee lifecycle (from onboarding to employee changes and offboarding)
• Manage incoming HR requests, ensuring accurate handling, clear documentation, and timely resolution in line with defined guidelines
• Provide guidance to employees on HR-related processes and policies as a reliable point of contact
• Support employee lifecycle activities including onboarding,data changes, and offboarding-related tasks
• Contribute to smooth HR operations by supporting process improvements and handling ad-hoc tasks when needed
• Collaborate closely with other HR stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery
• Work side-by-side with experienced HR colleagues in a dynamic, fast-paced, customer-oriented environment

Your profile

• Active full-time student status at a college or university (BA or MA)
• Availability to work at least 30 hours/week for a minimum of** 6 months**
• Native Romanian language skills and a** good command of English**
• Strong interest in building experience in HR
• Excellent administrative and organizational skills, with attention to detail
• Reliability, ownership mindset, and a strong customer orientation
