This role supports the development and rollout of strategic B2B e-commerce platforms designed to simplify and enhance digital interactions between a global technology company and its business partners. These platforms aim to provide a centralized, user-friendly online environment for managing orders, customer data, and related processes, ensuring a seamless experience for professional clients across multiple countries.
The project focuses on modernizing digital sales channels, integrating advanced enterprise systems, and aligning with global transformation initiatives to deliver scalable, efficient solutions for the future of B2B commerce.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and roll out Customer & User Data Management processes in our e Shops.

Create concepts and processes in collaboration with sales departments and central teams.

Transform business process requirements into IT process requirements.

Implement defined processes with integration into SAP ERP,Authentication & Authorization Services, and Customer Master Data Systems.

Create test cases and perform testing of implemented IT requirements.
-
Support the creation and maintenance of application-related documentation.
-
Degree in (Business) Informatics, Economics, or a comparable field.
-
Strong customer orientation and change management skills.
-
+5 years of B2B e-commerce expertise in consulting or industry, focusing on platform implementation in the context of S/4 HANA rollouts.

Understanding of complex enterprise architectures with emphasis on e Commerce solutions; ideally experience integrating CMD,Central User Authentication & Authorization Services, and ERP.

Experience in process and data modeling based on BPMN (desired).

Knowledge of new digital trends and motivation to learn continuously.

Agile project management skills with experience using tools such as Atlassian, Jira, and Confluence.

Strong team player with an open mindset for dynamic and fast-changing environments.

Experience working with cross-functional teams in an international setting.

Excellent presentation and coordination skills.

English (C1).
