MFT Engineer_MA

• Main Responsibility
• Execute Standardize critical processes & machines
• Develop manufacturing solutions (machine acitecture in alignment with MFC and CoC)
• Rebuild manufacturing technical competence in BC.
• Innovate new solutions or introduce new manufacturing technology drives quality and productivity improvement
• build MES configuration & commissioning per 4.0 strategy demand

Requirement:

• Education & Certification: Bachelor degree or above in technical engineering, additional advantage with involving international environment.
• Language / Ethnicity: good English, both speaking & writing; Chinese nationality preferred
• Desired Experience /Business skills & abilities: More than 3 years manufacturing process or machine experience,
• Solid experience in lean manufacturing process, quality & automation machine design
• Ability to work independently and with flexible hour - global coordination
