
HR Officer - Rewarding & Data Analytics
About the role
Responsibilities:

Analyse and interpret complex data sets to identify trends and insights that support business objectives

Maintain current knowledge of industry trends and best practices in data analysis, visualisation, and storytelling
-
Drive HR digitalisation initiatives, including process improvement and automation, by ensuring UI/UX principles are implemented throughout the design stage of HR digitalisation projects
-
Develop and enhance HR dashboards and reporting using Power BI
-
Develop and produce materials, including videos and digital content, to support HR initiatives
-
Master/Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, AI, Data Analytics, or related field
-
Basic knowledge or exposure to:
-
Power BI / Data visualisation tools
-
Data analysis or dashboard creation
-
Microsoft Excel (advanced functions preferred)
-
Interest in HR systems, automation, and digital transformation
-
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
-
Experience in UI/UX design principles to enhance data presentations.
-
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail with strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex information through data storytelling to non-technical stakeholders
