Support the Operations Behind Global Digital Products
Join Bosch Vietnam’s Global Product & Service organization and support workflow platforms used by 500,000+ users worldwide. Built on modern Low-Code / No-Code technologies and evolving with AI capabilities, our global product organization is transforming how enterprise operations work at scale.
We are looking for proactive, detail-oriented, and high-potential interns who are passionate about Project Operations, coordination, and execution excellence. This is not a passive admin internship — you will work directly with global product leaders and gain hands-on exposure to leadership operations, stakeholder coordination, and project execution in an international environment.
What You Will Do (Learning by Doing)

Project & Operation Support

Support meeting scheduling, agenda preparation, and operational coordination activities

Attend meetings, capture meeting minutes, action items, and follow up until closure

Maintain trackers for actions, milestones, risks, and key deliverables
-
Prepare concise weekly updates and operational reports
-
Stakeholder Coordination
-
Coordinate with Product, Engineering, QA, Operations, and Business teams
-
Help ensure clear ownership, timelines, and communication across teams
-
Support workshops, training sessions, and engagement activities
-
Operational Excellence
-
Create and improve templates, trackers, and documentation standards
-
Support process improvements to make operations more structured and efficient
-
Learn how global product organizations manage execution, planning, and delivery cadence
Must-Have
-
3rd or 4th-year student in Engineering, IT, Business, Economics, Foreign Trade, or related fields

University recommendation/introduction letter for internship is mandatory

Good English communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through mindset

Proactive, responsible, and eager-to-learn attitude

Good Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPointNice to Have

Exposure to project management, Agile, or software/product environments

Experience organizing university events, club activities, or team projects

Basic knowledge of reporting/dashboard tools such as Excel or Power BI
