• JOEM Global Business に対する Acquisition sales（主にEU, China, India & USA）、日本＆海外の営業チームおよび技術チームとの連携にて、一緒にGrowthを掴んでみませんか。

• 自動車産業、100年における変革期、Electrification分野である電動パワートレーンに関して（e Motor, e Axle, Inverter, Charger, DC-DC Converter等）、新規参入のストラテジ構築、顧客との一体感を目指した営業活動、社内との一体感を目指した量産サポート、セールスプランニング等 の役割を担当いただきます。

• 職務を通してビジネスの構築プロセスを時代のトレンドに沿った製品で学ぶことができます。一緒に次の時代のビジネス基板を作ってみたい方お待ちしています。

※ビジネスエントリーのための戦略＆関係構築、将来像の構築（アカウントのGrowth設定、管理）、その実現、社内、顧客と関係を構築し、力強くチャレンジしたい方を募集します。

• 自動車業界での営業またはプロジェクトマネジメント経験

• 日系完成車メーカーとの顧客折衝およびプロジェクト経験

• 新規ビジネス開拓経験

• その他言語スキル（ドイツ語、中国語など）

• Global Responsibilityを持ってビジネス開拓に従事することが可能

• 拡販を通してアカウントGrowthの作りを学ぶことが可能（ビジネスデべロップメント）
