• Higher Education

• Background areas: Mechanical, Electronic Engineering, Industrial and Management Engineering, Informatics Engineering, Information systems, Psychology or HR management, Communication, Economics, Management or similar.

• Fluency in English

• Good communication skills

• High level of adaptability, flexibility and autonomy.
