About the role
-
Develop, maintain, and execute production & delivery plans across various project phases: engineering samples, DV/PV builds, and small-series production

Ensure timely material availability and follow up with the purchasing team on procurement of critical components.

Coordinate closely with logistics to track inbound deliveries, resolve exceptions, and manage expedite needs.

Align with cross-functions on shared material resources, production capacity, and equipment readiness

Monitor progress of production orders and proactively resolve delays, bottlenecks, or material shortages

Provide regular updates on build status, material risks, and delivery commitments to stakeholders and project teams

Actively support pre-series industrialization and smooth transition into mass production

Continuously improve planning accuracy, material visibility, and response speed

Thrive under pressure and demonstrate agility in managing shifting priorities and last-minute requests

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Electronics, or a related field
-
Minimum 2 years of experience in planning, logistics, or NPI within the automotive electronics sector

Solid understanding of ECU development lifecycle and prototype-to-mass production transition

Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and strong Excel / Power BI capabilities

Strong cross-functional coordination skills with attention to detail and follow-through

Customer-oriented mindset with a strong drive for results and delivery excellence

Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to a fast-changing project landscape

Fluent in English
