About the role

As a Hardware Project Manager, you will represent hardware development in complex automotive projects while ensuring seamless collaboration across multiple engineering domains. You will play a key role in driving project success from concept to implementation.

Your tasks:

  • Representing hardware development in internal and external negotiations and meetings
  • Ensuring regular communication and alignment with cross-functional teams (e.g. Mechanics, Software)
  • Leading 8D and problem-solving teams
  • Defining and overseeing project timelines, resources, budgets and technical specifications
  • Coordinating, implementing and tracking project changes throughout the development lifecycle
  • Establishing, deploying and monitoring hardware requirements
  • Preparing risk assessments and mitigation strategies for senior management and customers
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics or a related field
  • Experience in automotive hardware development
  • Strong knowledge of power electronics, circuit design, PCB layout and automotive standards
  • Proven project management experience, including timeline, budget and resource coordination
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent English language skills (written and spoken)
