About the role
Support customer requirement analysis, and take responsibility for hardware requirement analysis and decomposition of sub-module requirements;
Hardware system architecture design, including topology selection, design, analysis, and optimization;
Hardware interface design and strong interaction with Mechanic, Software- and System-Development on Inverter level;
Hardware inverter interface with internal and external supplier as well as coordinating towards local inverter production
Variant management on HW architecture level with strong alignment towards a common modular base
Troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective actions for production line and customer application issues.

在硬件架构层面进行变体管理,同时高度对齐通用模块化平台;
针对产线和客户应用问题,进行故障排查、根本原因分析并实施纠正措施。
Hardware System Architecture & Requirements:
Bachelor with more than 3 years of experience. Prior experience in automotive traction inverter topologies and development (e.g., Single-Inverter, Double-Inverter, Multi-Level Inverter) is preferred.
Expertise in translating customer needs into detailed hardware requirements, designing, optimizing, and decomposing robust inverter system architectures.
Cross-Functional Integration & Interface Design: Strong ability to define hardware interfaces and collaborate extensively with Mechanical, Software, and System Development teams for seamless integration.
Manufacturing & Supplier Coordination: Proficient in managing technical interfaces with internal/external suppliers and coordinating with production to ensure manufacturability and smooth ramp-up.
Variant Management & Modular Design: Skilled in developing modular hardware architectures to support product variants efficiently, built upon a common base.
Advanced Troubleshooting & Quality Assurance: Expert in diagnosing complex hardware issues, performing systematic root cause analysis, and implementing effective corrective actions for production and customer applications.
