About the role
The Service Now expert determines the best technical solutions and support to satisfy ESM(Enterprise service management) functional and business requirements.
- Activation and configuration of Service Now applications to meet business needs
- Development of workflows and scripts to personalize existing Service Now applications
- Working closely with customers to research, design, develop and deliver innovative solutions to improve their business processes
- Coach business users to create their own Services from inception to completion in order to automate and improve processes
- Assisting in the identification of best practices for development of new and existing Service Now applications
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to software applications, systems integration, and multiple platforms
BE, ME, B.Tech, M.Tech, BCA, MCA, B.Sc, MSC
- 5+ Yrs, Java, J2E, Front end Development Experience
- Exposure to Service Now will be an advantage
- B.Tech/MCA
