IN_RBAI_Senior Engineer - Engineering Change Management Co Ordinator_IN

1. ECR review and approval

Maintain ECR tracker:

1. Technical confirmation for changes

2. Initiate service request for EWAK

3. Participate in daily Team board meeting

4. Update daily trial status to CFT

5. Check BOM for during date change request to avoid conflict with next ECR's

6. Ensure technical readiness and trial execution in lines

7. ECR weekly meeting with CFT

8. Production planning meeting

9. Preparation of weekly trial plan for department

Monthly KPI preparation:

1. Monthly capacity reservation for trial execution

2. Ensure timely approval of ECR's from Plant side

3. Coordinate with PDM, CLP, QMM for ECR approvals on time

4. Ensure ECRs are tracked on time and reviewed

5. Ensure on time Master Data creation for 10 digit & 13 digit

6. On time implementation of HW & SW changes along

Electronics Engineer or Mechanical Engineer with 1-3 years of experience preferably in the manufacturing companies in the same industry with SAP and Change managment knowledge

Engineering Change Management:

1. SAP Knowledge

2. EWAK execution and documentation

3. Ensures goal attainment by being open to new approaches.

4. Takes action based on a comprehensive understanding of a given situation.

5. Is aware of how own work will change based on scenario changes.
